We will need your Metric, ecology surveys, and planning reference.

• We will make sure that we provide you with the exact units you need so there are no surprises from your local planning authority.

• We will provide you with a service that is value for money (considering the spatial risk multipliers, habitat type, and the restoration projects we’re involved with).

• If we don’t have the habitat type you’re looking for, we will look at other options for meeting your requirements.

Your units will be held for the lifetime of the quote. Deposit and reservation options are available. There will be NO additional hidden fees!

Once the invoice is paid and planning has been granted, we allocate your units on the biodiversity gain sites register.

We will send you:

• Your fully completed metric, with the offsite tabs filled in

• Certificate of your allocation

• Your Biodiversity Gain Plan with section 7 filled in.

• Evidence of the register entry.

It is then our responsibility to monitor the site and report progress on your purchased units to the LPA for the 30 year period.
